Just got a defender 110 recently. Hope I can learn some from the folks here.
Btw, is there a any local company or shops that supply land rover parts and accessories? Planning to get chequer kit for my ride. Cheers.

Hi landking welcome to the forum!
I'm not sure where to get these locally, But usually ebay is my go-to place for most of the modding stuff.
Otherwise DIY or custom make if you want something really unique, cheers

Thanks yc3333! Actually I googled and chanced upon www.namsengauto.com (local) and www.paddockspares.com (UK) I heard about paddockspares from my friend who did one purchase from them and feedback was a good one. Not sure about the local nam seng though.. Hmmm.. |

Good Afternoon All, My name is Barry. I am not a Land Rover owner but my bride to be and I have been in love with Land Rovers for a while now. We just love their rugged good looks  I am getting married on 22nd February 2014 and am looking for a Land Rover (Defender, Evoque, Freelander) to rent. I have contacted Wearnes Leasing, but the only one they have available is a Sand-coloured Freelander. If anyone is willing to rent out their Land Rover from about 1600hrs on Sat, 22nd February 2014 till the morning of Sunday, 23rd February 2014, please send me a message? Landking - Parts for Landy is hard to come by, previously i source the accessories mainly in UK. The freight cost is a killer!!

Yeah problem is the only local car leasing companies with landies available is Wearnes?
Which is why I thought of asking you guys.
Hopefully I can find some generous enough to rent their landy out to me?

First of all, a warm welcome to all of you!
FYI, I've been ordering some of my aftermarket accessories via eBay and Amazon - try to look for those that either include shipping, free shipping or low shipping cost to SG.
Landking - to what I understand, many Defender owners actually have their parts customized. I can hook you up to some of them - do PM me and I'll provide some details. Hope this helps.
Barry - I can sound out to some Defender owners but not sure whether they're available for rent. Will leave your number - will that be ok?
