Any recommendation for tyre? I think my stock Freelander 2 Tyres will last another 3 month or so.
michelin latitude sport or Goodyear excellence? Any other model to recommend?
Also, I am playing with the idea of changing to a 19" rims. Anyone know what is the PCD? Thanks

Landy uses 5 X 108 Tyres wise do you do any off road, spirited driving or just normal local road usage?
Can consider Pirelli scorpion zero for mixed off and on road, with emphasis on normal road use. For me I like to drive on Malaysia highway, thus I'm using Michelin Pilot Super Sport for ultimate dry grip Other favorites of mine are Continental Sport Contact 5P and Goodyear Eagle F1 Assymetric 2, each with their pros and cons
I haven't tried latitude sport or excellence so can't comment

Wyv9, how much mileage have you done on your FR2, surprised you need to change your tires so soon (your ride and mine should be around the same age). If you drive purely on-road and aggressively, you might want to check out Yokohama Advan ST. I had them on my previous Ford Escape and they are very sticky on dry and wear rate is alright.
In fact when I went back to change a 2nd set, the dealer was surprised I clocked more than 30k (and they still grip well). However he did say other customers complained about tire noise but I personally did not notice.
Currently I'm using the Pirelli Scorpion Verde All Season (stock), pretty quiet but somehow it doesn't give me the same confidence during cornering as what the Advan ST gave on my Escape. I may consider trying back the ST when the time is up on my tires.

hi wyv9, my ride's currently on the michelin latitude sport on 19" wheels and i must say its really made for road SUVs. I would say its excellent if you don't do off-road much. I would say its pretty quiet and having driven in wet conditions, its pretty grippy during the bends and braking as well. Dry road does exceptionally well too and i would say it does well for my driving style.

Thanks for the info, guys. Car is driving by my wife. She is heavy footed but not aggressive driver. Car is only for normal Road use. This is car is not for tracking definitely so the latitude feedback does sound good to me.

Besides, there is not a lot of available tyres for 235/60/18. Can we fit 245 or 255 for our Stock rim?

Yup you can go lower profile if tires are avail but as long as the rolling diameter is closest to the original size.

Just curious, where do u guys get 245/45R20 tires? Michelin Latitude Sport seems pretty good, but I called around and no one seems to have stock.

245/45R20 is pretty rare size, our stock 20 inch rims can handle up to 255/45/R20 without the speedometer showing wrong speed. Go for 255 instead, more grip, more protection from kerbs, but it comes with slightly higher fuel cost, slightly higher chances of aquaplaning in the rain.
