How to utilize a marketing display screen

Hi,
     Our market had a screen installed a few years ago to display to a web site for promotions. We no longer employ the promotion company and the screen now just displays the dead web address. There are USB VGA and HDMI commotions to the underside of the screen

I cannot find a name on either the TV or remote but have added a pic of the remote.

I do not appear to be able to call up any menus’ using the remote but can move between wifi, hdmi and VGA.

I have inserted a fat 32 usb storage devise with a short video I wished to display in MP3, MP2, AVi, MKv, Png and Jpg but every time I get a message box saying file format on USB not recognised please remove USB.

Any ideas anyone?
